With the new regulations that require these surveys, it was nice to talk with someone who was clear and understanding and happy to answer all our questions. Within 4 days of our Quote we had Krystal meet us at our commercial property, it was refreshing to have her on site. Nothing was a problem and she was happy to work around the tenant’s busy schedules. Krystal took much pride in her job and showed great knowledge in the products she was sampling. It has been an enormous pleasure to deal with Direct Hazmat Consultants.
